Because the platform reads across every system you run, its security cannot be borrowed from those systems. It is built properly, in two independent layers.

Your organisational hierarchy
We draw your actual company structure inside the platform — divisions, regions, departments, reporting lines, as many branches as you have. Every person is placed at their real position in it.
People see down through their own branch. They never see up, and they never see across into a branch that is not theirs.
A national manager sees everything in their country. They do not see the private files of the group above them, nor do they see another region’s data at all. Promote someone and their visibility moves with them — nothing to reconfigure.
LAYER 2
Independent application security
At the top of the hierarchy, each connected system carries its own permission set. Accounting, job system, HR, operations, correspondence — each is granted or denied on a per-person basis.
Access to one system never implies access to another.
So, a sales manager can hold full sales visibility across their region while payroll stays closed to them. The two layers work together: the hierarchy determines how far you can see, and the application layer determines what you can see there.
